Beyonce, Jay-Z & Kanye West: Shopping Trio (PHOTOS)!

A glowing and makeup-free Beyonce stepped out over the weekend, showing off her growing belly, but the "Single Ladies" singer wasn't alone. Her hubby, Jay-Z, was spotted out with the mom-to-be shopping at Intermix in New York City with another famous friend -- Kanye West.

The trio browsed the clothing store, while sipping on some beverages, and Jay-Z even managed to squeeze in a quick PDA moment with his bride. The threesome exited the store and sped off in the waiting town cars but it wasn't before they created some buzz in the store.

Beyonce's shopping spree isn't the only thing creating a little buzz today. After debuting her video for "Countdown" last week, she found herself in the middle of quite a controversy. Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker, a Belgian choreographer, is accusing the superstar of ripping off her dance moves for the new video.

Bethenny Frankel's Skinnygirl Business Was Not Sold For $120 Million

Bethenny Frankel, who turned her career on reality TV into a business empire, might not be as successful as she'd like us to believe. Friends of the star said she earned a whopping $120 million after she sold her Skinnygirl franchise; however, newly released financial statements from the company tell a very different story.
A U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission quarterly report form clearly shows that the Fortune Brands, Inc. acquisition of the Skinnygirl ready-to-drink cocktail business was for $8.1 million.
"In March 2011, we acquired the Skinnygirl ready-to-drink cocktail business," the company's website states. "The acquisition included inventory and identifiable intangible assets. In addition to goodwill, we recorded contingent consideration, which is based on the achievement of certain sales targets. In future periods, the Company may be required to record contingent consideration in an amount not in excess of approximately $25 million. Any change in the Company’s estimated liabilities for contingent consideration will impact operating income in future periods."
So even if the cocktail beats all of the high targets, Bethenny still won't earn anywhere near $120 million -- the amount that, so far, has been accepted as fact. It should be noted that although Bethenny has never confirmed the number, she has also never denied it.
But don't feel sorry for the reality star. Bethenny has created an umbrella of problem-solving products and endorsements under her name including workout DVDs, books, clothes and weight-loss supplements in addition to her Skinnygirl cocktails, which have made her a very successful person -- just not a $120 million woman.
Bethenny didn’t respond to emails for comment and Beam brand spokesperson Paula Erickson told me, "As a matter of company policy, we do not disclose the financial details of our transactions."

RIHANNA SPOTTED MAKING OUT WITH NEW BOYFRIEND, YUMMIE!

Rihanna was spotted out and about last night with her rumored new boyfriend British boxer Dudley O’Shaughnessy, who has a starring role in her video for the single ‘We Found Love.” The two were spotted all over each other at London nightclub Mahiki and when RiRi left, her shirt was open and her bra was exposed.

A source told THE SUN:

“Rihanna was making no secret that she fancied the pants off Dudley. They hit it off straight away. She had seen his modeling shots and other pictures when he was a boxer.”

Adding, “Rihanna took every opportunity to get close to him and at one point she was sitting in his lap during a break from filming.”Rihanna is in the UK for her “Loud” tour and will have plenty of time to get to know her new man. “Rihanna was making no secret that she fancied the pants off Dudley. KELLY ROWLAND: ” I WAS EMBARRASSED TO CALL OFF MY WEDDING”!

Kelly Rowland admits that she was embarrassed to call off her wedding in 2005 to NFL baller Roy Williams in the November issue of Cosmopolitan UK.

The former Destiny’s Child singer broke off her engagement when she was 24, and while she knows it was the right thing to do at the time it was a very hard decision to make. The R&B singer said she had a talk with Beyoncé that made things clearer:

On calling of her wedding to Roy: I was too young for marriage. I remember my sister B [Beyoncé] asked me one question: she said, ‘Well, you know what you want now, don’t you?’ and I was like ‘Yes’…It was so hard and embarrassing because everyone knew. I’d posed for the front cover of a magazine in my wedding dress and it was on sale! But sometimes you fall down and you learn from it.

Kelly also revealed she was insecure about her lack of ta-tas:

I said in an interview a long time ago that I’d get it done because I just had little nuggets for boobs and it was bothering me. The decision was 10 years in the making so I’m comfortable talking about it. It’s something I really wanted to do for myself – not for a man, not for work, for myself…and I love them.

WOW, but good she didn’t make that fatal mistake because marriage suppose to be forever. And its very very serious, and I don’t understand how people can just get married & don’t know shit about each other. I know the saying, “how do you know if you know somebody even if your together most of your life before marriage?” But I say “staleast I thought I knew that motherf-er, cause then at least I”ll feel better about the situation.
