A traffic officer stopped the SUV shortly before midnight on the Las Vegas Boulevard near the Wynn Hotel Casino after noticing the scent of marijuana billowing from the vehicle. An officer told MTV News that cocaine fell out of Hilton'sCy Waits, who is reportedly dating Hilton, was arrested for with driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and remained in custody Saturday morning. Hilton would likely receive probation if convicted, according to The Associated Press. The star's attorney, David Chesnoff, said that he was still getting information about the situation, and added "I caution people not to rush to judgment." The heiress tweeted early Saturday morning but didn't appear to be shaken up by the incident. "In bed watching Family Guy. Love this show.! So hilarious! Stewie is my favorite :) love his accent," Hilton wrote around 6 a.m. "Going to bed. Sweet dreams everyone. Xoxo Paris :)." Hilton had another run-in with the law over alleged drug possession earlier this summer. The star was detained in South Africa at the World Cup for marijuana possession, but the case against Hilton was later dropped after officials learned that someone else in her group was smoking.

BUT OF COURSE, HIM BEING THE ONLY BIG CELEBRITY & IT BEING HIS TOUR BUS THEY WERE DEFINITELY GOING 2 PLACE IT ON HIM. WHICH HE DEFINITELY DIDN'T DESERVE JAIL TIME EITHER. ITS JUST UNFAIR HOW SOME CELEBRITIES LIKE PARIS, LOHAN, CHRIS BROWN FLASHES THEIR $ AND THEIR LET OFF W/ REHAB & COMMUNITY SERVICE INSTEAD OF JAIL TIME. BUT PEOPLE LIKE LIL WAYNE, T.I ETC. HAVE 2 GO 2 JAIL ALL THE TIME RATHER OR NOT THEY COMMITTED A CRIME OR NOT. I'M JUST SAYING!
