2013 will go down in the books as a year of new beginnings for Kailyn Lowry. After a long, dark period of financial hardship, co-parenting drama and estrangement from her own parents, all documented by MTV since 2010, the determined "Teen Mom 2" cast member is finally headed toward happily ever after. Yesterday at 4:28 p.m., she and new husband Javi Marroquin welcomed a baby boy, Lincoln Marshall, into the world! (Can you tell he's the son of a U.S. airman?)
"I am exhausted, but we are so excited and surprised by our new baby boy," Kail told Us Weekly of her 8 pound, 6 ounce bundle of joy, and this morning, she reiterated her post-labor daze, tweeting "So tired!"
Lowry also has a 3-year-old son, Isaac, with ex Jo Rivera, whose birth was shown on "16 and Pregnant."
Over the weekend, Kailyn Lowry took Javi Marroquin to be her lawfully wedded husband for a second time, but unlike the couple's previous courthouse nuptials that aired during Season 4 of "Teen Mom 2," it was a big, splashy affair (literally -- the reception took place at an aquarium!) attended by 140 of their closest friends and family members, minus Kail's mother and father, from whom she's both estranged. Escorted down the aisle by her three-year-old son, Isaac, to the tune of Train's "Marry Me," the expecting mother positively beamed in her lace, Alfred Angelo mermaid gown. We must say: The third trimester has never looked so lovely.
Both Kail and Javi cried happy tears as they exchanged vows, which included a promise from Javi to love and cherish both his wife and Isaac long past forever. "It was like he was marrying both of us," Kail says in an interview with In Touch, on newsstands now, pick up a copy of the latest In Touch for their full interview with the bride.
