After a two-month stint in a detention center in Las Vegas, Floyd Mayweather has remained positive while his "friend" Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson has been making his radio rounds discussing about their relationship. Jackson has gone onto several recent radio appearances to discuss about Mayweather's personality change, and in his quest of becoming a boxing promoter, Jackson confirmed that he will work alongside Mayweather's boxing enemy and longtime rival Manny Pacquiao.
Shortly after Jackson went on an interview on the "The Rickey Smiley Show" with a totally different perspective stating,"[The issues between us] really comes from ... everybody around him is waiting on the next time he feels generous. And I have a lot [of money], so I don't wait for nobody. I'll go do what I gotta do. I don't have to sit around and wait for the next time he feels like giving somebody something."
Mayweather believes that his bond with Jackson is genuine and unbreakable no matter how the media perceives it, "Real friends go through ups and downs and I don't believe in putting the media or the public in my business with my friends. So no matter what he said about me, I'm never going to speak negative about him. Jackson proceeds to work with Pacquiao!
Now, Fiddy appears to have addressed the supposed troubles in their relationship on Twitter in a series of posts.
"I talk to my grand father he made some profound statements," Fiddy wrote.
"He told me not to be afraid of change. In fact I should make changes now while I'm young."
"He bugged me out with this. He said U will be as successful as the people U speak to for no reason.THINK ABOUT THAT."
"If your talking to someone who doesn't have any information you will just be going in circles in conversation."
In the most telling tweet, the hip-hop mogul added: "Only problem is my best friend is not that bright but he got a good heart."
(its sad and feelings are hurt, and if they weren't on both sides then 50 wouldn't have to turn to his grandfather for advice. but the good thing that Fiddy-Mayweather both have between them is: a long-lasting & true friendship/relationship and the fact that guys, def grown azz men get over arguments very fast. definitely when its so much history & love for one another. *no homo*)
