Oprah Winfrey caused havoc on the red carpet of Beyonce’s new HBO documentary Life Is But A Dream premiere in Tuesday.
The chat show legend surprised the Destiny’s Child singer by arriving unannounced at the New York event causing a frenzy when she was spotted by onlookers.
And it seems Oprah is excited about Beyonce’s show as the singer recently opened up to her in an interview for her series Oprah’s Next Chapter despite being known for wanting to keep her personal life under wraps.
Oprah told ET: “That’s what we can’t believe – how she opened herself up. She just said, ‘I’m gonna let it go,’ and let it out there.”

When asked what she was most surprised about after interviewing Beyonce, Oprah said: “That she was equally as open in the interview as she was with the film.”
Oprah’s friend and fellow television host Gayle King also divulged some inside information about the documentary and suggested it will be a treat for fans.
She said: “It was amazing. When you see the documentary, it’s a side of Beyonce you haven’t seen before – but the conversation between Oprah and Beyonce is also something you’ve never seen before.”
Life Is But A Dream airs in the US on HBO on February 16 at 9pm and on OWN one hour earlier at 8pm.
