Reality star Teresa Giudice says she'll pass on being put behind bars - mostly because her hubby will "take the fall," according to a new report.
Facing 50 years in jail for fraud and tax evasioncharges, The Real Housewives of New Jersey celeb is sure that she won't be losing her fortune or her freedom and "doesn't give a f--k," RadarOnline.comreported. Teresa is confident her husband Joe, who has also been indicted by the feds on 39 charges, is going to take the blame.
“She knew the indictment was coming down. She knew it before the show even started, she just didn’t know when it would happen,” a source told the gossip site.
The legal drama hasn't stopped the socialite from attending events. The 41-year-old was spotted in New York Thursday night, only two days after her court appearance and laying down a $500,000 bond.
“Teresa doesn’t think she’s going to go to jail. Joe is going to take the fall for everything and Teresa knows it,” a source said to the site.
