Guess which rapper ditched the bling for a day and dressed up as Fred Flintstone for a birthday party this weekend?

This past weekend, Lil Wayne was on Daddy duty as he celebrated his son Dwayne III (aka Lil Tuney’s) birthday with a Flintstone-themed party. Wayne dressed as Fred, while his baby’s mother Sarah Vivian dressed as Fred’s wife Wilma, and Lil Tuney dressed as Bam Bam. Too damn cute!
Wayne’s other ex and baby mother Nivea was there with her son Neal (w/Wayne) and her twins, and Lil Tuney’s big sister Reginae was right by his side while he blew out the candles.
