Looks like Gannon's got a little sis on the way! Mackenzie McKee (formerly Douthit) of "Teen Mom 3," who recently wed high school sweetheart Josh McKee, announced Saturday, by way of Instagram, that the couple's second child will be a girl.
Mackenzie, who's demonstrated a knack for surprising friends and family with life-changing news ever since her episode of "16 and Pregnant," revealed the sex of her baby in a video that shows Josh cutting into a cake with pink coloring inside. Partygoers at their home can be heard cheering in the vid, and Mackenzie tweeted two hours later of her husband's excitement. "Josh cannot stop smiling. He's always wanted a little princess to look after," she wrote.
