I gotta say that Tionna Smalls really got herself together for Season 2 of "What Chilli Wants",  and she dresses alot better. She finally got those wigs & her make-up together. And you can always tell when a celebrity budget goes up, because Tionna can now afford stylists who dresses her so much better, Thank You God! Cause in Season 1 Tionna was broke and you can tell that she was just a regular chica from Brooklyn, and eveybody change when the get alittle money, jus saying. For example: my gurl Nicki Minaj didn't dress amazing at the beginning of her career, like she dresses now cause at the beginning of the game she was underground, and had no budget. She dressed like a normal chick with normal weave with a couple of pink tracks in the back. But now that Nicki is on top of not just the rap game but as well as the fashion industry. And she got her money up, now she has the best stylist, hairstylist & make-up artist. She has the most expensive clothes to the point where she is definitely a trendsetter and fashion icon cause she got that flavor & swag. She can afford the best of the best hair & wigs that money can buy, and of course the make-up artist are on point. So you see, money does make a huge Difference.
