Real Housewives of New Jersey's Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice -- who have been plagued with financial problems for years -- were indicted on fraud and tax charges on Monday, July 29. In his 39-count indictment, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman charged the Bravo reality stars with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud.

"Today is a most difficult day for our family. I support Joe and, as a wonderful husband and father, I know he wants only the best for our lovely daughters and me," Teresa tells Us Weekly in a statement. "I am committed to my family and intend to maintain our lives in the best way possible, which includes continuing my career. As a result, I am hopeful that we will resolve this matter with the government as quickly as possible."

The indictment also charges Joe with failure to file tax returns from 2004 through 2008, during which time he allegedly earned nearly $1 million.

"The indictment returned today alleges the Giudices lied to the bankruptcy court, to the IRS and to a number of banks," Fishman said in a statement. "Everyone has an obligation to tell the truth when dealing with the courts, paying their taxes and applying for loans or mortgages. That's reality."

Garden State natives Teresa, 41, and Joe, 43, are parents to daughters Gia (born 2001), Gabriella (born 2004), Milania (born 2005) and Audriana (born 2009). Teresa, who has authored several cookbooks, began appearing on The Real Housewives of New Jersey when the series -- now in its fifth season -- premiered in 2009.

"The privilege of living well in the United States carries certain real responsibilities, including filing tax returns when required and paying the correct amount of tax," Shantelle P. Kitchen, Special Agent in Charge, IRS-Criminal Investigation, Newark Field Office, said. "Today's indictment alleges the Giudices did not live up to their responsibilities by failing to file tax returns, falsifying loan applications and concealing assets in their bankruptcy petition. The reality is that this type of criminal conduct will not go undetected and individuals who engage in this type of financial fraud should know they will be held accountable."

Conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud carries a maximum prison sentence of 20 years, while bank fraud carries a maximum of 30 years. The remaining charges could result in more prison time -- not to mention the hefty fines associated with each penalty.

The Giudices are scheduled to appear before Judge Cathy Waldor at the United States District Court in Newark, New Jersey, on Tuesday, July 30. A rep for Bravo had no comment when contacted by Us.

Teresa's attorney, Henry Klingeman, tells Us, "Teresa will plead 'not guilty.' The judicial process that begins today with an indictment is a search for the truth. As it moves forward, we look forward to vindicating her."

Joe, a former pizza parlor owner, also faces 10 years behind bars for allegedly using his brother's ID to obtain a driver's license in 2010; he will appear in court on Oct. 28. "Joe maintains his innocence," his attorney, Miles Feinstein, tells Us Weekly in its July 29 issue. "It will be tough to choose a jury because of the high-profile defendant."

SO SAD: Meskerem Legesse; Pregnant Olympian Dies At 26, Doctors Save Baby!

HARTFORD, Conn. — A former Olympic and professional runner from Ethiopia who was due to give birth in three weeks has died after collapsing at a Connecticut restaurant, but doctors were able to save her baby, her friends said Wednesday.

Meskerem Legesse, 26, who lived in Westport, Conn., was with her 2-year-old son when she collapsed at a Chinese restaurant in Hamden on Monday, said her friend, Fatima Sene. She was transported to a hospital where she died and the baby was saved, Sene said.

The cause of death wasn’t clear. Sene said Legesse had suffered heart problems in the past.

“It is very sad. She was a very good person,” Sene said. “She would do anything for anybody. And she loved that little boy she left behind.”

Legesse ran in the 1,500 meter competition at the Athens Olympics in 2004. She finished 12th in a first-round heat with a time of 4:18:03 and didn’t advance to the medal race. She moved on to a professional running career in the U.S., competing in events including the Boston Indoor Games, Fifth Avenue Mile in Manhattan and the Millrose Games in New York. She apparently hadn’t raced within the past few years.

Legesse’s children are now with their father, and arrangements are being made to bring Legesse’s body to Ethiopia, Sene said. Legesse was planning to get married to the children’s father, she said.

Legesse’s death was first reported by Hartford-area CBS affiliate WFSB-TV, which obtained surveillance video from the restaurant showing Legesse entering with her son, sitting down in a chair and collapsing to the floor within seconds. Legesse had ordered takeout and was picking it up, said Sene’s sister, Fatima Cisse, another friend of Legesse.

Legesse knew the two sisters from a hair salon down the street from the Chinese restaurant, they said.

Hamden firefighters and paramedics with American Medical Response were called to the restaurant at about 2 p.m. Monday and performed CPR on a pregnant woman who collapsed, according to fire and police officials who did not release the woman’s name.

Doctors at Yale-New Haven Hospital were able to save the baby because of the CPR efforts both in the restaurant and in the ambulance on the way to the hospital, Hamden Fire Chief David Berardesca said.

A spokeswoman for the state medical examiner’s office said the agency declined to perform an autopsy, citing Legesse’s past health problems. She declined to elaborate.

A Yale-New Haven Hospital spokesman on Wednesday said he had no information about Legesse being brought there Monday.

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star shared a family photo with her husband Apollo, 2-year-old son Ayden and two-month-old Dylan Nida all dressed in white to the entertainment magazine.

Phaedra, who gave birth to baby Dylan on May 8, said she and her hubby plan to have a traditional African naming ceremony for their new bundle of joy.

”Ayden pretends to ride his bike to the store for diapers and calls him ‘my baby,’” Phaedra said. ”[Apollo and I are] waiting to have a traditional African naming ceremony.”

Frank Ocean Cancels Tour After Tearing Vocal Cord.............................

Frank Ocean fans in Australian received some bad news this week. According to reports, the “Novacane” singer was forced to cancel his tour after discovering a small tear on his vocal cord.

Sources say Ocean received medical attention after experiencing throat problems and performing “off-key” on the first stop of his Down Under tour at Melbourne’s Festival Hall.

“After last night’s concert… it was necessary to seek medical advice due to vocal issues Frank Ocean experienced during the show,” the tour’s promoter said in a statement. “It has subsequently been confirmed that Frank has suffered a small tear to one of his vocal cords and has received medical advice that he must rest his voice.”

Another spokesperson for the event described this as “devastating news.”
“I’m sick… I don’t know if you care,” the 25-year-old R&B crooner told audience members during a performance of “Forrest Gump.” “I don’t wanna speak much tonight but I do wanna thank you guys.”

DUMAZZ: DMX Arrested For Drunk Driving In South Carolina!

Troubled rapper DMX has landed himself behind bars once again. Earl Simmons was arrested for drunk driving in the middle of the night.

As the story goes, Darkman X was stopped by the South Carolina highway patrol around three in the morning. He was subsequently taken into custody when it was found that DMX was driving under the influence. On top of being charged with a DUI, he was also charged with driving with a suspended license. If all of this is feeling like deja vu, that’s because it is. DMX was arrested for the exact same things in February.
While the media is reporting DMX was arrested for a DUI, DMX’s camp says he wasn’t arrested for anything like that. A rep from DMX’s camp stated, “Allegations about DMX being arrested for drunk driving are false. He was arrested early this morning but quickly released. X was given a breathalyzer test and easily passed it. He is back at his home in South Carolina and we are continuing our focus on his upcoming album and acting roles.”

So for those of y’all that missed KandI Koated Nights last night, World War III damn near broke out. The special guest was Mary Jane, Kirk Frost’s alleged mistress for Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. It was wild out Wednesday and that is exactly what she did! I must say I have not followed Love & Hip Hop Atlanta as closely this season because it just doesn’t feel the same as season 1. I had been hearing all the hoopla about Kirk & Rasheeda’s marriage being on the rocks and Kirk allegedly stepping out with various women around Atlanta. Quite frankly I don’t believe it, but this isn’t about me.

Last week Atlanta was on fire because Mary J was up at the radio station with Big Tigger doing a radio interview and Bambi called in. From what I hear, all hell broke lose on the air. Up until this point, the whole thing did not interest me enough to even discuss it. Well, last night, just as we started to get underway with our interview on Kandi Koated Nights, Bambi walks through the door and all hell broke loose. Check it out.

At the moment in which all of this was taking place, I was completely blown. Honestly, I did not understand the depth of this situation and kept thinking to my self “is this made for tv drama really this serious”? Let me start out by saying that when the show started, we were continuously interrupted by Mary Jane’s mother who came off like an old woman sitting under a tree drunk off of Michelob and smoking a Benson & Hedges. Seriously, Mary Jane’s mother would fit in with Frankie Lyon’s (Keisha Cole’s mother) perfectly. At any rate, Mary Jane’s mother started running off at the mouth about Bambi before we could really even get the show started. From there, Mary J chose to use the platform to start running off at the mouth and talking reckless as well.

The real gag is, Mary Jane showed up to Kandi Koated Nights with a security guard. I vowed that I would be on my best behavior last night, so I didn’t go in too much. However, I damn sure was thinking to myself “this bish had a cameo on 2 episodes of Love & Hip Hop and now she needs security?” Chile bye! Ohh so now you that famous???  The next thing I thought to myself was “it is real easy to run off at the mouth and jump bad when you have a 6’4 300 white man in a suit standing in front of you. He was a fine white man, but that’s neither here nor there. Lol The last thing that was running through my head once things got crazy was “would Mary Jane, her momma, her publicist, and big girl that came with them all shut up.” Chile the whole situation was just dreadful. To top it off, big girl that accompanied Mary Jane looked like she’d be out of breath just trying to take her purse off. Girl bye!

Cory Monteith played Finn Hudson on the hit television show 'Glee.' The actor was found dead in Vancouver on July 13. He was 31.

Michele has only broken her silence in the wake of her beau's death through her rep, however,  the brunette starlet opened up to Marie Claire magazine about her relationship with him just a month before he passed away.

"He is the best person I know, he has made my life so incredible," she told the mag in the bittersweet interview.

"I am so thankful for him and not only to have him as a partner, but also as a co-worker."

Michele was not pictured at Thursday's memorial service, but in the statement released from her rep she thanked fans for the ongoing support during this difficult time.

R.I.P:THAT'S SOO BOLD: 20yr Old Brazilian Rapper Shot Dead During Live Performance

The 20-year-old rapper was shot during a performance in the city of Campinas late Saturday night.

Brazilian funk artist Daniel Pellegrine, known as MC Daleste, is dead after being shot in the abdomen Saturday night while performing in the city of Campinas.

Pellegrine was mid-song when a bullet struck him, causing the 20-year-old performer to fall back in a sitting position before others on stage came to his aid. The incident was caught on video and uploaded to YouTube, where it has nearly 4 million views.

According to Brazilian news sources, the rapper/singer was performing at a public housing building in the neighborhood of San Martin. Police say he died early Sunday after being brought to a nearby hospital.
No information has been released on potential suspects or whether any arrests have been made.
A Facebook artist page attributed to MC Daleste has been flooded with messages since the shooting. On Sunday an unnamed friend posted a statement calling Pellegrine a "victim of intolerance."
The friend goes on: "I hope God gives strength to the family, friends, and fans of my good friend MC Daleste, a guy who only wanted to convey joy to everyone through his music. It is a pity that the peace which we dream of, we often only get when we close our eyes."

MC Daleste was a member of the Sao Paulo-centered "Ostentatious Funk" scene, a bling-obsessed and violent brand of rap over looped beats. Also called Sao Paulo funk, the club genre is an offshoot of Rio's Funk Carioca, rooted in that city's impoverished favelas and known for its empowering conscious messages and sexy groove.

On "Apologia," one of MC Daleste's songs, he raps "killing the police is our goal" and recites a list of weapons over the continuous sound of gunfire.

"This is one more sad event in a long history of urban violence in Brazil," Sao Paulo native Béco Dranoff, a New York-based DJ and the producer of the "Red Hot + Rio" project and albums by Bebel Gilberto and other Brazilian artist told Billboard. "Music should be the peaceful medium that connects us all for good times and for change."
After the shooting, some funk MCs took to Twitter to call for a stop to the violence.

"Soon an MC will have to start performing with a microphone in one hand and an automatic in the other," said MC Buru.

"Funk asks for peace," Tweeted the performer known as MC Neghino da Caxeta.
"Let's start a 'funk has awoken' movement," urged MC Rodolfinho, referring to the current mass social protest movement in Brazil which have been deemed "The Giant Has Awoken."

Police in Campinas, located in the São Paulo State in Brazil's Southeast Region, told Brazilian media Monday that videos taken of the shooting Saturday night were the focus of their investigation as they searched for Pellegrine's killer.

Last month, it was announced that The Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Barney and her fiance Eddie Judge would be featured in their own Kim Zolciak-style wedding spin-off. Since then, the couple has been busy planning for their big day. As their nuptials get closer, fans are getting more and more curious about the details but now that the press release has hit the web, a few questions are being answered.
The release reads, “Bravo Media walks down the aisle with Tamra Barney and Eddie Judge in the new three-part series ‘Tamra’s OC Wedding,’ premiering Monday, September 2 at 8pm ET/PT. Fans of ‘The Real Housewives of Orange County’ have watched Tamra find true love and joy with Eddie, and will now have a front row seat at their California coast nuptials for three consecutive Mondays.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County fans met Judge during the show’s seventh season and in the finale of that same year, he proposed to Barney during a romantic island getaway by presenting her with a diamond ring that had been placed in a clam shell.

“The couple, who got engaged last year in beautiful Bora Bora, will let viewers in on all of the festivities leading up to the big day – from a joint Las Vegas bachelor and bachelorette party to Tamra’s dress fittings for her three custom-made dresses to the couple planning for the big day with their wedding coordinator. With only a few weeks to go, the pressure is on to pull off this fairy tale wedding, as Tamra balances running her own business, dealing with both sides of the family, and maintaining the peace among her boisterous fellow Housewives.”

While there have been several reports as to which housewives would be included in Barney’s big day and which ones would not, the only housewife confirmed is Heather Dubrow. Since filming on the show’s eighth season, Barney and Dubrow have gotten extremely close. Dubrow and her husband Dr. Terry Dubrow were seen celebrating with Barney and Judge in Las Vegas and when it comes time for Barney to wed, Dubrow will serve as a bridesmaid.

According to a recent report by Rumorfix, the couple is scheduled to walk down the aisle this Saturday.

Sooner than later every freaking reality star on Bravo will get married just cause they know they can get their own spin-off show. Even Andy Cohen promised to give Jeff of "Interior Therapy w/Jeff Lewis" (i think that's the name of it) on Bravo, if he marries his boyfriend. 

Kim Zolciak Disputes The Cheating Rumours About Kroy Biermann!

Kim Zolciak’s mother may not be the only fame-seeking person trying to get some of the Bravo reality star’s shine.

News broke today that Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann allegedly had an affair with former Indiana Pacers NBA dancer Elizabeth Seward before Biermann and Zolciak tied the knot in 2011.

The alleged affair happened over a year before Biermann and Zolciak got married, which makes it seem like Seward is seeking publicity. Seward told InTouch that her and Biermann began seeing each other in Januarry 2010 and after months of telling her he loved her, flying her out to Atlanta and all the other things “boyfriends” do he managed to make a 50-yard dash away from her and dance into the heart of Zolciak.

A source who is apparently close to Zolciak released a statement saying, “This woman is trying to wreck her happy home life. It wasn’t betrayal. It was just the normal thing that happens when someone is dating and finally falls for someone. The other people get left behind and sometimes they get hurt.”

Zolciak on the other hand tweeted out much lighter feelings on the subject, “Another day another stupid story. Meanwhile my husband and I sit back and laugh,” the reality star tweeted.

It happens all the time where a former fling of a celebrity comes out of the woodwork just as things are on the up and up for the celeb. It’s a good thing that despite all of the drama Zolciak has faced during the last few years with the Real Housewives of Atlanta and her mother suing her that she can laugh this one off.

VIDEO Porsha Stewart Tells Watch What Happens Live “Yes, I Was Blindsided By Divorce”

This Sunday marked the final part of an emotional three-part reunion for the Real Housewives of Atlanta. And, just as the previews suggested, it was the most exciting episode yet.

Porsha Stewart was the only married wife on the panel without her husband present, and even the engaged cast had their significant others present for support. Kenya Moore is dating but sat alone. And Stewart was alone. Later in the episode, Stewart was practically screaming over the other cast in a minutes-long rant about not giving up on her failing marriage.

Stewart elaborates on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, she didn’t know the marriage was already over and the hysterical ranting was basically her marriage’s death rattle. She explains, her estranged husband filed for divorce in secret and returned home like nothing happened. He was in another room in the house when his wife learned about her own divorce on Twitter. Yes, really.

Here’s what Stewart had to say as a guest on the show and there’s video below.

How is she doing right now? ”I’m doing alright, I’m here, I’m standing. I’m just being strong right now.”
Did she see the divorce coming? ”I was totally blindsided. At the reunion I did feel some kind of way because I did want my husband there with me, but I was standing strong representing for my family. I was a wife, that was my title. That’s what I took on and had ownership of.”

How did she find out about the divorce? “When I found out about the divorce, it was absolutely a surprise. I was laying in the bed and I tweeted ‘today is the first day of the rest of your life’. I put the phone down and took a little nap and I looked back at my phone and my sister was calling me over and over. She said ‘have you heard’ and I’m like ‘hear what?’.”

Porsha went back on Twitter and says the first thing she saw was “Kordell is divorcing Porsha”. Porsha admits she thought it was a crazy joke. Can you imagine finding that out with your husband just hanging out in the other room? Porsha called her sister back and said “I’m going to go ask him about it.” Kordell was literally in the other room! She went in and asked him if he had filed. Porsha shared, “Long story short, I was very disappointed and let down. When I got married, I meant it for life. I always said I’d never get a divorce unless he cheated on me or something like that.”

“I was heartbroken. Like I am still right now. I’m a brave woman and I know I’m living this out in front of the world because of the way it was done. ”

On what happened before the marriage broke down? She says “what you saw at the reunion was a wife trying one last try. When you are married, I feel like you have to put your 150% in to your marriage, no matter what. And if it doesn’t work, you need to be able to walk away and say ‘I tried’. It ain’t always gonna be easy, it ain’t always gonna be a happy situation. But when you have made a vow to that man and that child (Kordell’s son) you have at home, you owe them that. So I feel like at the end of the day it was just a betrayal that I suffered from and that’s something I’m going to have to move on with, but at least I know that I put in my best at the end of the day.”

On them living in the same house still “I didn’t say we speak and I didn’t say I’m cookin’. Ain’t no eggs and bacon and ham hocks no mo’.”

Confirming the prenup situation Porsha confirms there is NO prenup. Andy says “stay in that house, girl!”
On whether she has anything to say to fans? “Thank you for supporting me through this. Whether you did or didn’t like me, you see that I’m a woman and what I’m going through and your prayers are holding me up.”

Breaking Amish: Rebecca Byler Divorced Rufus Hostetler To Be With Abe Schmucker?

Okay then… that explains why it’s taken so long to find the full name of Rebecca from Breaking Amish.
With only first names released during TLC’s Breaking Amish press tour, it was easier to hide Abe Schmucker’s 2008 arrest for public intoxication, Jeremiah Raber’s three children and history of physical abuse against his ex-wife Naomi Stutzman, Sabrina Burkholder’s (née Von High) marriage in 2009, and Kate Stoltzfu getting into modelling as early as 2010.

Rebecca’s full name is allegedly “Rebecca Jane Byler.” As listed in court documents pertaining to her alleged divorce from a man named Rufus Hostetler.

The BreakingAmishTheTruth Facebook page noted, this weekend, “Rebecca: According to public records she was married before meeting Abe.” Rebecca Byler, now 21-years-old, and Rufus Hostetler, now 24-years-old, filed for a marriage license March 22, 2010 after which they married. At the time, in 2010, he was listed as being from Rossiter, Pennsylvania and she from Glen Campbell, Pennsylvania.

Court records, below, show ”Rebecca Jane Byler” currently of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania’s dissolution of marriage from “Rufus L. Hostetler, Jr.” currently of Solen, North Dakota dated July 2012.

Breaking Amish began filming in May 2012, which means Rebecca Byler got married years beforehand, reportedly had a baby with Abe Schmucker between late 2010 and early 2011 as demonstrated by a photo dated June 11, 2010 in which the original poster says Byler’s ”a few weeks pregnant” with her daughter with Schmucker, and the divorce from Hostetler only came through a few weeks ago.

For the moment, Hostetler’s Facebook is public. Born in Ontario, Wisconsin he’s currently the owner of a roofing company. He says in his bio “I’M EX/AMISH.” Photos show he’s since moved on to a relationship with another woman since August 8, 2011. And there are some very telling posts from just after he got married.

Abe from Breaking Amish’s full name has been confirmed as “Abe C. Schmucker” from his 2008 arrest. Which goes to the veracity of this post dated October 31, 2010 from Hostetler’s page saying: “I am tryn 2 figure out why in th world abe schmucker wud want to b a friend on face book afterall he left wht my wife.” Under that is what appears to be a reply to a deleted comment: “haha it wud sound like it he pry got his fill of a very insecure woman lol” (note: time stamps are no longer foolproof since Timeline).

Another post dated April 4, 2011 offering no more specifics, says: “MY EYES WERE OPENED AT CHURCH YESTERDAY. I WONDER WHY DO SO MANY PEPOLE THT LIVE IN SIN WANT 2 BE FORGIVEN BUT THY KEEP LIVING IN SIN.”

So, according to Hostetler, his ex-wife, Byler, left him between the filing of the marriage license in March 2010 and apparently getting pregnant by Schmucker circa June 2010. She left her then-husband to be with Schmucker, and had a baby with Schmucker, and the divorce came through after filming started. Yet Byler and Schmucker are pretending to be dating for the first time on Breaking Amish.

ERYKAH BADU INTERVIEWS KENDRICK LAMAR

Erykah Badu wears many hats, but this time she played reporter for Interview magazine. Singer, songwriter, and fellow raconteur Erykah Badu recently caught up with Lamar by phone at the airport in Denver. Badu was at home in Dallas, Texas, and Lamar, who has seemingly been in constant motion while touring the world over the past year, was enjoying a rare unscheduled breather, having just missed his flight.Her assignment was to interview the hottest MC in the game, Kendrick Lamar. While the Compton rapper waited for a flight at the airport in Denver, Ms. Badu asked him all sorts of questions ranging from his favorite cereal to whether he would let a girl paint his toenails. He also shared his top 10 MCs (Jay-Z, Nas, Tupac, Snoop, B.I.G., Eminem, André 3000, Rakim, Kurupt, and DMX) and learned the definition of an “asshole-checker.”

The BET Experience focused its attention on the awards portion of the weekend's festivities after numerous performances, high temperatures and well-attended seminars. Rapper Drake led with the most nominations as the awards were handed out at L.A.'s Nokia Theatre, but Kendrick Lamar was the night's big winner, taking the new artist and male hip hop artist awards. The following is a complete list of winners for the 2013 BET Awards:

Former 'Teen Mom' star Farrah Abraham enters rehab for alcohol abuse!

Farrah Abraham, who went from reality TV personality to porn star with the release of her sex tape in May, voluntarily checked herself into a rehab facility, where she’ll seek treatment for alcohol abuse.

Abraham, a single mother of one, has entered an outpatient program to deal with alcohol abuse and to focus on her sobriety, the former "Teen Mom" star confirms.

“At this time in my life, I need to stay focused on the positive to get through all of the negative that a DUI has caused in my life. I’m 22 and I want to make better choices and ensure I can recognize when I am putting myself in a bad situation next time,” she told Radar Online.

The 22-year-old MTV star will undergo intensive counseling at The Lukens Institute in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, beginning on July 1. The treatment will last for 10 days and will cost Farrah more than $12,000, a source tells the site.

Farrah was arrested in Omaha, Nebraska in March, after allegedly having a blood alcohol level of .147, nearly twice the legal limit.

She was then placed on six months probation and ordered to complete an alcohol education course, which she has since passed. However, the director of the program said Farrah “had difficulty making eye contact, was standoffish and was sarcastic when answering the questions asked of her.”

During the out-patient treatment, Farrah is free to go about her daily life, but will be monitored by a sober companion.

[VIDEO] Bambi Downplays Relationship with LHHA’s Benzino, Shoots Down Rumors She’ll Be Returning to Basketball Wives!

If you’re like me, on the last episode of ‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’, you were sorta kinda shocked to see Bambi (of Basketball Wives LA) romantically linked to Benzino. During the episode, Bambi was one of the girls who showed up to the impromptu house party for Kirk. During one scene, she was in the jacuzzi, giving Benzino a bit of tongue action. Shocker? Well, for at least us, yeah. But according to the Compton native, it’s not what it seems. In a recent interview with an Atlanta radio station she explained just what she was doing in the hot tub with Benzino, their relationship status and what is and isn’t going down with her on the upcoming season of Basketball Wives LA. To be honest he was trying to do something with me like date and then he kissed me and I didn’t want to be rude and pullback. I didn’t want to do that to him. I didn’t want to embarrass or hurt his feelings, I didn’t.

And I just want to clear that up she is not my friend at all. It’s my responsibility sometimes to kick it with fun girls and bring girls to the party. I’m with a lot of girls all the time you know- what I won’t do somebody else probably will. She’s probably one of those girls who will.

How she ended up on LHHATL:

Benzino and I met and we’re dating I guess you can say. That’s how it happened. He asked me to come to the cabin that night and that’s how it started.

How long she’s been dating Benzino:

We dated for a little minute a short period nothing long, nothing serious. Maybe like a month or so.  He got a little too serious too fast. I just wasn’t into that at that time.

On if she’ll return for another season of BBWLA:

I heard that there will be another Basketball Wives but I cannot confirm that I will be a part of the show. I will be on another show.

On her show in the works:

Basketball Wives it was kind of I was there because I was a friend of a basketball wife. This time it will be more about what I do. I’m an artist and I have this lipstick gang. It will be more based around the things that I do in real life.”

Move Over Miley…And Chris: Rihanna Shows Off Twerking Skills While Listening To Drake!

 

It’s safe to say that this twerking on camera thing is an epidemic with the celebrities now. And guess which rude girl is getting in on the fun? That’s right, Rihanna. The Bajan bad girl and her ever-present bestie Melissa Forde were seen dancing on-camera to the ASAP Rocky song “F**kin’ Problems,” which of course features 2 Chainz, Kendrick Lamar and Drake–her former rebound boo/boy toy. Forde posted the video and in it, most of the focus is on Rihanna, who “shakes something” and then drops it low to Drake’s verse of the song (ironically, she starts at the part where he says, “Think about all the n***as you been leading on…”). It’s a quick video–15 seconds to be exact–but both ladies are definitely having fun letting loose in it. With all the talk of folks thinking Miley Cyrus has been biting Rihanna’s style circa 2009, it’s interesting to see Ri Ri tackle the twerking trend (and she of course gives Mi Mi…I mean Miley, a run for her money). And even though Chris Brown is back in the arms of Karreuche Tran, I wonder what he would have to say about all this, as Brown and Rihanna live to get each other’s attention and take subliminal shots at one another through social media. But Rihanna is living the single life and making it look like a whole lot of fun. Go Ri Ri! -

While Rasheeda and her husband Kirk Frost were happily romping through L.A. during BET Awards weekend (view photos), Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’s 11th episode aired and Mary Jane (real name Alexis Miller) held a viewing party in Atlanta.

While many of you are were just introduced to Mary Jane during last night’s show, those of us around Atlanta are quite familiar with her.

Miller was reveled as Kirk Frost’s on-air “mistress” and coincidentally, She happens to be the one and only Mary Jane who was also recruited by Memphitz for his “Real Mistresses of Atlanta” reality show pitch.

DUMMIE: 50 Cent charged after allegedly injuring ex-girlfriend, destroying over $7G in property!

  50 Cent is adamant ... he did NOT kick his baby mama during an explosive argument last month.
  
  50 Cent's attorney released a statement, saying, "Curtis Jackson [50 Cent] denies these allegations as made against him. It is important to note, Mr. Jackson has not been arrested and there is no warrant outstanding for his arrest."
  
  TMZ broke the story ... 50 was charged with domestic violence this week following the alleged domestic dispute at his baby mama's Toluca Lake home, during which he allegedly kicked her and destroyed a bunch of her property (more than $7,000 worth).
  
  50's attorney adds, "We have been in contact with the LA City Attorney's Office and are currently conducting our own investigation into these allegations."
  
  50 was hit with 5 charges in total stemming from the incident -- including 1 count misdemeanor domestic violence and 4 counts of misdemeanor vandalism. Cops responded to the scene following the incident, but 50 had already left.
  
  If convicted on all counts, 50 could face up to five years in jail and $46,000 in fines. He is due in court to be arraigned on July 22.
